1. Company Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of freight dispatch and logistics coordination services provided by HFTRANS LTD (Company No. 16951130), registered at 125 Inham Road, Nottingham, NG9 4HW, United Kingdom.

2. Services Provided
HFTRANS LTD provides the following UK-only freight and logistics coordination services:
- Freight Matching & Dispatch — from £35–£75 per booking
- Same-Day Local Delivery — from £45–£120 per run
- Next-Day UK Delivery — from £20–£60 per shipment
- Last-Mile Delivery — from £3.50–£8.50 per stop
- Pallet Transport — from £45–£95 per pallet
All prices are indicative guide prices and are confirmed in writing (by email or invoice) before work commences. Final pricing depends on the specific requirements of each job including distance, weight, and urgency.
3. How to Order
Services are ordered via our contact form, email ([email protected]), phone (07828 710 252), or WhatsApp (+44 7828 710 252). No payment is taken through this website. All orders are confirmed and invoiced separately after agreement between HFTRANS LTD and the client.
4. Payment Terms
- Invoices are issued by HFTRANS LTD following confirmation of the service booking.
- Payment terms will be stated on each invoice (typically 14–30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed).
- Late payments may be subject to statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- HFTRANS LTD reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing (email) at least 24 hours before the scheduled collection time to receive a full refund of any pre-paid amount.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service fee.
- If a service cannot be completed due to circumstances within HFTRANS LTD's control, a full refund will be issued for that service.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate collection and delivery addresses and contact information
- Ensuring goods are adequately packaged for transport
- Declaring the nature and value of goods accurately
- Ensuring access to collection and delivery locations at the agreed times
- Complying with all applicable laws regarding the goods being transported
7. Liability
- HFTRANS LTD acts as a freight coordinator and dispatcher. Liability for loss or damage in transit is subject to the terms agreed in individual service contracts.
- HFTRANS LTD is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to road closures, severe weather, or third-party carrier delays.
- Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the price paid for that specific service.
8. Prohibited Goods
HFTRANS LTD will not transport prohibited, illegal, or controlled substances; dangerous goods without prior written agreement and appropriate documentation; or any goods the transport of which would violate UK law.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at [email protected]. We will respond within 5 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the courts of England and Wales.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
